Top Service Provider 2026: What Sits Behind Our 100 % Recommendation Rate And The Award

Eidam & Partner was awarded Top Service Provider 2026 by the review platform ProvenExpert on June 24, 2026.” The basis: 50 verified customer reviews with a 100 % recommendation rate over the past twelve months. Here is why we believe that number, not the award itself, is the real story.

A recognition we did not apply for

Unlike many industry awards, the ProvenExpert ‘Top Service Provider 2026’ award cannot be applied for. It is automatically granted when a company meets three conditions simultaneously: at least 50 verified customer reviews within twelve months, a 100 % recommendation rate, and an average rating in the top tier. This year, we met that threshold.

We are pleased about the recognition, but honestly: the more interesting number is not the award itself. It is the recommendation rate behind it.

What 100 % recommendation actually means

A 100 % recommendation rate is rare in the training sector and particularly rare in cross-cultural training. Cross-cultural training carries a challenging mandate: it aims to trigger behavioral change, works with demanding audiences [specialists and managers, often with tight schedules and a high level of professional self-assessment], and operates in complex business contexts that rarely unfold linearly.

To reach 100 % under these conditions means that, across twelve months, not a single participant has said they would not recommend the training. No learning dissatisfaction. No mismatch between expectation and content. No structural weakness that pushed anyone toward “no, I would not recommend it.”

Three structural factors stand behind this continuity:

First, rigorous selection of our trainers. We work exclusively with trainers who grew up in their target country and have several years of work experience in international business contexts. This excludes an entire category of providers who recruit purely on trainer skill, but it visibly benefits the depth of the content.

Second, strict customization. Every training is individually tailored to the client’s specific business constellation before delivery, through online questionnaires and short interviews with the commissioning stakeholders. We do not offer off-the-shelf training without a preparation phase.

Third, uncompromising methodological diversity. All trainings follow an interactive structure with exercises, case studies, simulations, and role-plays. Frontal lecturing is a methodological crutch, not a didactic standard.

What the reviews actually say

On average, our trainings receive 4.9 out of 5.0 stars on ProvenExpert. Reviews come from HR managers, global mobility leads, as well as specialists and managers who have participated in our trainings themselves. Unlike many industry rankings, these reviews are verified: every review is linked to a specific person and a specific training engagement.

Beyond the 50 reviews used for the recognition, our recommendation rate has been at 100 % consistently for years. This is not a snapshot.

What we take from this award

Awards are not confirmation that everything is going right. They are an invitation to maintain the level. The bar for sustaining a 100 % recommendation rate over the next review year is considerably higher than the bar for reaching it once.

We work with more than 550 corporate clients worldwide, including companies like Airbus, tesa, Fujitsu, Siemens, Aldi, and Dachser. With every new training engagement, the responsibility grows to deliver on the promise the recognition communicates. We take that seriously.

If you are planning cross-cultural training

If you are planning cross-cultural training for your organization – whether country-specific, transnational, or as preparation for an international assignment – feel free to reach out. We will advise you, without obligation, on the right combination of format, trainer expertise, and topic focus for your specific business situation.
